**Area Sales Manager**

As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and managing a team of Team Leads & Brand Ambassadors. You’ll inspire our sales teams to operate to perfection, shift sales into high gear, and deliver strong customer service.

**Here’s where you come in**:
- Managing, developing, and energizing your dedicated area, reporting directly to the Senior Manager
- Amplifying sales by recruiting, training, scheduling, managing, and mentoring your area’s sales team
- Creating transformational strategies for high-performing and underperforming ambassadors
- Following procedures for on-boarding and off-boarding all employees as outlined by Operations and Human Resources
- Visiting Ambassadors in-field to build face-to-face relationships and ensure everyone is following policy
- Leading by example with integrity and professionalism to create a collaborative, open-door culture
**Do you have the keys to success?**
- Firm understanding of the fundamentals of sales and customer service, recruitment, human resources, coaching, performance management, and state/local employment standards
- Strong management, coaching, and leadership experience at a retail organization
- A minimum of 3 years of multi-unit experience
- Ability to strategically recruit, select and hire motivated individuals as team leads and sales associates
- Powerful organization and planning skills to schedule people and manage urgent priorities in a real-time, detail-focused, and results-driven way
- Demonstrated ability to grow sales exponentially without compromising service or operational standards
- Proven ability to manage district fiscal budgets, forecast sales and retail metrics
- Phenomenal communication and presentation skills
- Computer aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Willingness and ability to travel through your assigned area
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle and valid driver's license
