Marriott Area Sales Manager:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities within your assigned region. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets. If you have a strong background in sales and leadership, and are passionate about driving results, we want to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales

**Experience**:

- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role. Marriott Sales experience is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire co-workers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

**Salary**: From $123,456.00 per year
