**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients to expand the company's market presence.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and understanding their evolving advertising needs.

**Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and exceptional client experiences.

**Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in the advertising or media industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our services to clients.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Familiarity with digital advertising trends and technologies.

Bachelor’s degree/ College Diploma in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
