MTS Moving and Storage Inc. is a leading moving company dedicated to providing exceptional moving services to individuals and businesses. With a commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction, we strive to make every move seamless and stress-free. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sales/Booking Agent to join our team.

**Job Type**: Full-time, In-office

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Compensation**: Commission-based (5% of sales)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their moving needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present accurate and competitive quotes for moving services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of moving logistics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the moving industry as a sale or booking agent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
