We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services Sales Advisor. As a key member of our Desjardins Agent Team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and expand existing relationships.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and provide expert advice to customers to meet their financial needs.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Agent to establish and meet office goals, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals with a strong drive to meet sales goals and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs.
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with customers.
- Licenses: A Life/Accident and Sickness license is required, and a Canadian Investment Funds license is a bonus.
