We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team at Aggie Janiak - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for selling and servicing Desjardins Insurance products to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote insurance products
- Provide expert advice on insurance options to clients, prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts
- Administer sales processes efficiently and accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
- Utilize analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong background in customer service and sales administration
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Experience in analyzing client needs and recommending appropriate products
What We Offer
- Base salary of $60,000 with a Monthly Sales Bonus and an Annual Bonus
