Insurance Sales Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team at Aggie Janiak - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling and servicing Desjardins Insurance products to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote insurance products
  • Provide expert advice on insurance options to clients, prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts
  • Administer sales processes efficiently and accurately
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
  • Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
  • Strong background in customer service and sales administration
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • Experience in analyzing client needs and recommending appropriate products
What We Offer:
  • Base salary of $60,000 with a Monthly Sales Bonus and an Annual Bonus
