**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome customers and visitors to the upholstery shop
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Maintain customer records and update necessary information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with other employees to ensure smooth operations of the shop

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of how a Trades (mechanics, welding, fabrication, etc.) shop works is a plus

As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in our upohlstery office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, scheduling appointments, maintaining customers jobs, and assisting with billing. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. If you have experience working in a fast paced "trades" shop setting and are proficient in managing people and schedules, we would love to hear from you. **Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
