Agrai-Dairy Mart, Ltd. is a fast-growing milking and dairy barn equipment dealer with three locations covering all of Alberta. We specialize in full sales, installation, and servicing of the following product lines: DeLaval, Nuhn, Artex, inBarn, JOZ, and Sun-North Systems.

We are currently hiring a permanent part-time **Administrative Assistant** working out of our Lacombe, AB location to deliver efficient secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. This role involves working closely with executives, handling various tasks to streamline their work and communications. As an individual contributor, you will provide personalized assistance, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact between the executives and clients.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.

**Expectations and skills**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or in other secretarial positions.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficiency in English.
- Valid Class 5 license.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant would be considered an advantage
- Experience in the dairy industry would be a strong asset.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
- Weekend work might be required depending on jobs and job timelines
