**Firemaster Oilfield Services Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team based out of our Head Office in Lacombe County, AB. Firemaster provides a comprehensive remuneration and benefits package.**

**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Administrative Assistant will be involved with various administrative and accounting duties to aide in the daily operations of the company. This will be a full-time position based in the office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support Duties**:

- Manage, format, and review new and revised documents and post to our internal Portal
- Manage fleet unit binders including preparation and distribution of document revisions for new and existing fleet
- Process quarterly fleet renewals and annual registration and insurance renewals
- Monthly review of employee driver logbooks
- Renew various permits and certificates as required
- Provide backup phone and/or reception coverage
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and support other departments as required
- Take reasonable care to protect their health and safety and that of other workers by following safety policies & procedures, as well as government and industry regulations
- Additional duties as requested

**Accounts Receivable/Payable Duties**:

- Submit invoices using various invoice submission platforms
- Perform weekly collection calls
- Assist with processing daily field tickets
- Enter Accounts Payable invoices
- Assist Sales department with customer quotes
- Maintain and create customer pricelists
- Additional duties as requested

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Completion of High School
- Post-secondary education in Office/Business Administration preferred
- Coursework in accounting is an asset

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in an office environment
- Experience with Spira and/or Business Central is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office programs

**Competencies (skills, abilities, knowledge)**:

- Strong editing skills with a focus on correcting grammatical and spelling errors
- Ability to work within a team environment with all levels of personnel
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Able to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and understand new software programs and skills
