**Customer Service**
- Answer telephones and schedule service calls and deliveries
- Set up all accounts for sales representatives
- Obtain customer credit approval for any purchased equipment and order the equipment
- Arrange the installation, assign a technician and communicate with them
- Communication with sales representatives, installers, technicians, customers, and suppliers to complete tasks
- Build positive relationships with clients
- Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external contacts
- Solve scheduling conflicts and issues
- Other duties as required
