We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant with extensive experience and excellent digital / technical capabilities.

**About Inceptum**:
Inceptum is a small and growing residential bathroom makeover business operating primarily in the GTA. We undertake a number of design focused renovation and remodeling projects yearly. We collaborate with our partners to implement and deliver a fulfilling client journey and experience within our industry.
**Your Job Role and Responsibilities**:
- Creation of electronic databases and ensuring appropriate document control through, composing, editing, and organizing documents using appropriate guidelines and procedures.
- Administrative and technical support for staff through processes such as company/project meetings, block schedules/calendars, and project task lists.
**Your Skillset**:
- Must have superior capability and capacity for a high level of excellent organizational, administrative, technical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly experienced and proficient in software (MS Office and G Suite).
- Excellent and effective written and oral communication with clients and all project / company stakeholders.
- Experience and knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks online, general CRM platforms, construction management and estimating software tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of sales & marketing processes and techniques including creating and implementing new marketing strategies.
- Well versed in lead generation strategies including electronic forms and possess an excellent understanding of the sales process.
**Experience and qualifications**
1-Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar administrative position within a dynamic, progressive, and evolving framework with an extensive level of knowledge and understanding.
A previous role within the residential or commercial construction industry is a highly desirable asset but not required.
3- Holding a P.R or or Canadian Citzenship.
