Etobicoke, Canada Mimico Cruising Club Full time

**Office management tasks**:

- Oversee General office operations.
- Create and maintain a positive and pleasant working environment.
- Provide high quality and sustainable administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer
- Welcome members of the club, guests and visitors.
- Develop and implement office administrative systems/procedures.
- Carry out administrative activities and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Manage the office operations including ordering all office supplies and running errands.
- Coordinate meetings of the Board of Directors.
- Maintain an adequate stock of office supplies.
- Manage the company website, social media content.

**HR administrator tasks**:

- Reference checks
- Manage the Health & Safety compliance of all staff
- Managing referrals and referral program
- Creation/mgmt. of new hire materials - forms, new hire presentation (or mission, vision, values, swag, etc.

This list is not exhaustive and can evolve.

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of office and/or HR administrative experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Knowledge in Excel is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and autonomous
- Microsoft Office with a focus on Word, Power Point and Excel. Experience working with G-suite (Google drive and systems) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
