- Offer administrative support as needed, including (but not limited to) meeting clients/tenants, scheduling and conducting tours, answering phones, and taking detailed messages;
- Create, update and maintain tenant's files;
- Convert manual to digital files (scanning and saving).

**Job Skills & Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of High School;
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Able to work independently;
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scan machines;
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
