Intelcom s'est donné pour mission de devenir un leader dans l'industrie du transport de colis pour le secteur du commerce électronique. Nos notifications sont un élément clé de la performance de notre service. Avec plus de 300 millions de courriels envoyés par an, atteignant la moitié des acheteurs en ligne canadiens et le besoin croissant de notifications par SMS, nous avons besoin d'un marketeur CRM talentueux, inspiré et inspirant pour faire passer notre expérience consommateur au niveau supérieur et créer de la valeur pour nos clients. Relevant du chef d'équipe du marketing numérique et collaborant avec les équipes internes, vous serez un joueur clé dans l'évolution d'une entreprise basée à Montréal avec une empreinte internationale croissante.
Les responsabilités- Maîtriser la configuration de nos plateformes de notification : audiences, déclencheurs, modèles.- Créer et mettre à jour des cartes détaillées du parcours de l'utilisateur.- Appliquer une approche itérative à l'amélioration du parcours de notification pour tous les services : livraison et retours.- Collaborer avec l'équipe informatique pour mettre en place de nouvelles fonctionnalités et des champs dynamiques.- Effectuer des analyses comparatives et des recherches sur l'innovation pour nous maintenir à la pointe des notifications.- Intégrer une nouvelle solution de notification par SMS.- D'autres tâches connexes vous seront confiées.
Les qualifications recherchées-
- Expérience des plateformes de gestion des notifications telles que Amazon SES, Amazon Pinpoint, Salesforce, Twilio.- Bonnes connaissances en HTML et en CSS de base.- Solides compétences en communication.- Bilingue français et anglais.- Solides compétences analytiques et prise de décision fondée sur des données.- Souci du détail, gestion de projet et sens de l'organisation.- Curiosité qui vous motive à vous tenir au courant des derniers développements, tendances et concurrents du secteur.
