- **Responsibilities**:
- Master the configuration of our notification platforms: audiences, triggers, templates.- Create and update detailed user journey maps.-
- Collaborate with IT team to enable new features and dynamic fields.- Perform benchmarking and innovation research to keep us on the leading edge of notifications.- Onboard new SMS notification solution.- Other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:- Experienced with notification management platforms such as Amazon SES, Amazon Pinpoint, Salesforce, Twilio.- Good HTML and basic CSS knowledge.- Strong communication skills.- Bilingual French and English.- Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making.- Attention to detail, project management and organizational skills.- Curiosity that motivates you to keep up to date with the industry’s latest developments, trends, and competitors.
