As a Digital Marketing Specialist at [Your Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts, focusing on Google Ads and CRM management, while also contributing to various aspects of our digital strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
**1. Google Ads Expertise**:
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and crafting effective ad copy.
- Monitoring ad budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements for optimal performance.
- Utilizing A/B testing to improve ad performance and reduce ad costs.
**2. CRM Management on HubSpot**:
- Managing customer relationships on HubSpot, tracking behavior of visitors from Google Ads.
- Segmenting lists and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Analyzing data to improve lead nurturing and customer retention through CRM.
- Leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted outreach and relationship building.
**4. Content Creation and Web Development**:
- Capturing high-quality photography and creating engaging video content.
- Editing videos using Premier Pro and developing and maintaining WordPress-based websites.
- Creating visually appealing marketing materials using tools like Photoshop.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management and optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM management on HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website development in WordPress.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Adobe Photoshop and Premier Pro skills.
- Young professional with relevant experience.
