**Book Keeping Administrator/Account Receivable**
**From $35,000-$45,000 per year**
**Full-time, 18 month contract with possibility to become permanent**
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
- Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting
- Performs transaction processing related to accounts receivable payments, revenue collection and bank deposits
- Work collaboratively with accounts payable and accounting manager to ensure accuracy in finances
- Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
- Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
- Any duties assigned to demonstrate
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin will be a plus
- 1+ year working experience in bookkeeping and office Admin
- Solution and detail driven in a dynamic work environment
