**Overview**
At Lice Squad, we provide effective, professional head lice removal services and hair cuts to families across Canada. We pride ourselves on delivering quality care and expert guidance to ensure our clients' peace of mind.
This position will work out of the Barrie Corporate Office and will travel as required to fulfill operational needs. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily operations across multiple regional offices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and support a network of lice removal consultants in the field and at Corporate clinics.
- Training and development of consultants ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills for lice removal techniques, client communications and operational procedures by conducting hands on training sessions.
- Oversee the onboarding of new support providers.
- Ongoing mentoring and support to field consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Monitor consultant performance and provide feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and staff, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Assist in the management of schedules, coordination of service appointments and ensure timely delivery of service to clients.
- Manage inventory levels for lice removal supplies, ensuring all field consultants are properly stocked with the necessary products and equipment.
- Provide executive assistance to the General Manager and learning day-to-day operations of the company related to inventory management, ordering of supplies, CRM maintenance, payroll back up and shipping receiving.
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in team leadership, training, or field coordination (preferably in a service or healthcare related industry)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the lice removal industry is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of head lice practices or willingness to quickly learn. Hair salon management and styling or barbering license an asset.
- Must have a vehicle.
