**Exciting Project Coordinator Opportunity**

We are searching for a temporary Project Coordinator. Working with the People Experience team under the direction of the Manager, People Scheduling, Timekeeping & Analytics, the Project Coordinator is responsible for providing project support to the implementation of the new Auto Call-Out system as well as participating in bi-weekly payroll and timekeeping processes.

**Education**:

- A diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience
- PMP certification preferred but not required

**Experience**:

- Recent experience working with scheduling and timekeeping systems and/or HRIS systems preferred
- Demonstrated ability leading large, complex enterprise projects, particularly those involving a significant degree of change
- Experience conducting training sessions is considered an asset
- Exceptional ability to listen to the voice of Team RVH (employee, leadership and people team) in the configuration and implementation of technology change
- Excellent communication and consultative skills; able to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and service providers
- Experience working within a unionized and/or healthcare environment preferred
- In-depth experience working with UKG Pro Workforce Management, including Scheduling, Timekeeping, Dataviews, and Analytics is an asset
- Knowledge base of Project Management and change management methodologies, tools & techniques
- Ability to build strong change management strategies - effectively communicates project changes, builds commitment and overcomes resistance, prepares and supports those affected by change
- Proven track record of working with different functional groups to drive the creation and usage of HRIS systems and processes in a rapidly growing environment
- Experience in system and end-user workflow process mapping

- Strong computer skills - HRIS - Human Resources/Payroll system/ Scheduling and Timekeeping systems;
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- Excellent problem recognition and resolution skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports the configuration and implementation of the Auto Call Out system to drive a positive experience for all that is impacted by the new system
- Assist in preliminary data gathering to ascertain the current state to be used to measure the impact of the new Auto Call-Out system. Gathering additional data from the current UKG system to be used to inform the project and system configuration
- Identifies and manages risks in collaboration with Project Manager
- Participate in the issue resolution process for system and/or business processes as needed
- Participate in providing recommendations and implementation of items as it relates to scheduling functionality and system setup which will facilitate ease of use of the system
- Actively participates in all aspects of the project life: Project kickoff, Planning, Execution, and Project Completion
- Prepare presentations and training documents for all users
- Facilitate education sessions related to the implementation and post-go live training sessions, across all levels of the organizations
- Participate in working groups for the project which may include facilitating the session
- Assist with auditing scheduling, payroll, and staffing information to ensure the Auto Call-out system is set up to align with collective agreement scheduling rules, organizational setup,
