The **HR Coordinator** plays a pivotal role within an HR team, serving as the backbone that ensures seamless operations and efficient communication.
Their responsibilities include managing process schedules, coordinating interviews, and handling documentation crucial to HR functions. This support is essential for maintaining compliance with regulations and policies, as they meticulously organize personnel records and confidential information.
The **HR Coordinator **as a liaison between HR and employees, fostering a positive work environment. Their attention to detail and organizational skills contribute significantly to the team's productivity, enabling HR professionals to focus on strategic initiatives, employee development, and fostering a thriving workplace culture.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support in all HR processes of recruiting, hiring, welcoming, and integrating new employees
- Maintain employee files; create and update information in employee files; ensure proper management of these files
- Coordinate and support in the talent acquisition process for a variety of entry level positions
- Prepare documents such as monthly reports, statistics, organizational charts, etc.
- Write, revise, and communicate a variety of documents (training materials, job offers, contracts, etc.) on virous internal platforms
- Manually reproduce, distribute, file, and archive documents
- Monitor the Human Resources mailbox and act as a resource person for employee inquiries regarding their file, company policies and/or procedures
**To be successful in this position you will need**:
- Minimum of College degree in business administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum of **2 (two) years’** experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office
- Solid understanding of confidentiality and HR processes
- Interest in working in an Agile environment
- Bilingualism in French and English is essential for our operations outside of Quebec.
