**About Martell Growth Solutions**
Martell Growth Solutions is a Dan Martell venture, affiliated with but a separate entity from SaaS Academy. Martell Growth Solutions was founded to extend the impactful coaching style of SaaS Academy to a diverse range of aspiring entrepreneurs.
Dan Martell is an award-winning entrepreneur and investor who has founded multiple companies. He was named Canada's top angel investor and he's completed over 40+ investments with amazing companies like Udemy, Intercom, and Unbounce.
**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of Martell Growth Solutions. The General Manager's role is pivotal, encompassing the comprehensive management of various aspects of the business. This includes overseeing financial matters, driving sales, shaping strategic direction, fostering effective leadership, managing talent, internal people operations, and facilitating the overarching growth of our program.
This team member will report directly to Dan Martell and will collaborate closely with key leaders to ensure the continued success and prosperity of the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Business Operations**:Working closely with the Creative Director, Sales Leader, and Executive Assistant to the CEO to lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and vision.
- **Program Management**: Own the program's growth and encompass the sales processes and the marketing engine, which includes responsibilities such as managing marketing metrics (new followers), tracking cash collections, spearheading strategy development, and customer satisfaction (NPS scores).
- **People Management and Development**: Within 45 days, work with all team members to ensure they have proper resources, communicate organizational changes, and manage strategic planning, weekly meeting cadences, 1:1s, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and culture and engagement (eNPS scores).
- **Project Management**: Within 30 days, review all open projects with leaders to assist in management. This will develop into ongoing project management; collaborating with managers and assisting in execution as needed.
- **Financial Management**: Within 45 days, proactively monitor all aspects of financials to own the financial operation as a whole, including budgets, P&L, spending, cash flow, balance sheet compensation packages, taxes, and online tools.
- **Studio Management**:Oversee management of the studio, including optimizing the use of the space and production schedules, and cultivating a culture of collaboration, creativity, and efficiency among the team.
**Experience and Qualifications**
**Required**:
- Background in managing teams and planning rhythms (i.e. EOS, Scaling Up, Mochary Method)
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding team members
- Experience managing sales and marketing strategies
- Experience overseeing financials (including compensation packages), taxes, and online tools
- Program management experience
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of social media marketing
**Preferred**:
- Agency or media background
