Cloud Solutions Architect for Enterprise Growth
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at AWS Enterprise Support, you will help customers from all industries and more gain the best value and service from our cloud services. The role is not a sales position, but rather an opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and many more.
- Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep your customers' AWS environments operationally healthy.
- Develop close relationships with your customers to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from AWS.

What We Offer
- A competitive base salary ranging from $99,900/year up to $166,900/year.
- Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
- A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
- Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
