At Clover Hills Rehabilitation, we create a safe and comfortable environment that is focused on making our patient's visit enjoyable from the moment they step through our doors. We are looking for a person to join our front desk team who is passionate about healthcare, wellness, has a pleasant/welcoming personality and is flexible in their availability.

We are currently looking to fill our Saturday shift from 7:30am-2:30pm and also be on call for vacation relief, with the possibility to expand to more weekly hours in September.

This role is expected to be filled with someone that has experience with scheduling within the Jane.app and has experience or is working in a multi-disciplinary clinic. Our clinic has Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, RMT's, Acupuncturists and we are currently recruiting a Naturopathic Doctor.

~A motivated, self starter who likes to fill down time with "things to do."

~Has excellent time management skills, and thrives on multitasking.

~Work well with others and builds a positive customer service relationship with our client

~Is accountable and reliable.

~Experienced in paramedical billing for third party providers and ICBC funded claims.

~The ability to accept constructive criticism knowing that it comes from a place of care and a desire to see you do your best
