**Overview**:
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for the medical industry and for what they do in the workplace. This position is ideal and encouraged for individuals who have a background as a Medical Office Assistant (or in other related fields), but it is not a requirement. The applicant must have some related office experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Greeting & Assisting customers in the retail store

Answering phones

File management

Inventory management

Re-stocking of store front and back room

Billing and ordering for first aid kit re-stock program

**Preferred Experience and Knowledge in**:
Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google, QuickBooks

Paper and paperless file management

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

**Preferred Qualities and Skills**:
Adaptability and flexibility

Organizational skills with great attention to detail

Time management and prioritization of tasks

Conflict management resolution and problem-solving

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members at all levels

Ability to work in fast-paced environments

**Required**:
High school diploma and 1-3 years of experience, or related post-secondary education

Ability to work in an active office/retail location

Excellent written and verbal communication - Proficient in English

NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
