**Responsibilities**:

- Accept and execute planned regular visits to different clients (Body Builders, Upfitters, Fleet Managers, OEMs) in your assigned territory.
- Forge strong, lasting relationships by actively engaging, listening, and understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide tailored solutions that address each client’s specific requirements, ensuring they receive the maximum value from our products and services.
- Leverage your technical proficiency to resolve client inquiries and technical challenges promptly and effectively, delivering expert support.
- Be proactive in anticipating client needs and addressing potential issues before they arise, demonstrating your commitment to their success.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitors, and market intelligence, contributing valuable insights to guide our client strategies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring a unified and client-focused approach across all touchpoints.
- Act as the conduit for gathering client feedback and insights, facilitating continuous improvements in our products and services.
- Review monthly sales in assigned territory and development ideas specific to these industries.
- Record and report changes in legislation that will affect or improve business at a Provincial or Federal level, when discovered.
- Observe and perform to set KPI’s and other sales related set metrics, submitting reports weekly.
- Document frequently asked question to support the SWS FAQ.
- Promote and suggest to clients Essential (Focused) products as alternatives, helping to increase efficiency for the client and for the factory.
- Accept and promote lead generation in assigned Industry types and territories.
- Support SWS in temporary work situations on the road or in the office.
- Attend sales meetings and participate in sales training programs, as required.
- Maintain impeccable grooming and personal hygiene habits, including a neat and
- tidy appearance and ensuring that clothing is clean and in good condition.
- Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle, and keeping product or samples well maintained and clean.
