Outside Sales Representative

With 15 locations across the region, we take pride in being recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies of 2024. We are on the lookout for a motivated and experienced individual to join us as a Turf and Consumer Sales Representative at our Grand Falls, NB branch.
This role is responsible for promoting and selling both new and pre-owned John Deere turf and consumer equipment, including lawn tractors, to a diverse customer base.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Act as the face of our dealership by selling machinery within a designated territory.
* Stay informed about the latest features and advantages of our full range of equipment.
* Track competitors’ activities and share insights with management promptly.
* Maintain up-to-date customer information to aid in sales strategy.
* Help organize and participate in customer engagement events.
* Conduct demonstrations of new equipment in the field.
* Identify and report trends in customer operations to management.
* Keep current on financing solutions to assist customers in making purchases.
* Participate in relevant sales training and workshops.

*Qualifications:*
* Familiarity with turf equipment, agriculture, or operational practices is a plus.
* Proficiency in standard software applications, including Microsoft Office and internet tools.
* Flexibility in working hours to meet customer needs.
* Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
* Ability to analyze basic sales data and reports.
