Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Answering incoming telephone calls and directing calls to the appropriate staff.
Provide support to office staff.
Organizing and maintaining company filing system.
Implementing new processes within the office as required.
Assist in scheduling services as required.
Data entry including invoicing and accounts payable in QuickBooks.
Maintaining and updating customer accounts.
Other related duties as required.
Skills;
- 1-3 years of admin assistant experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting required
- Must be organized with great attention to detail, and displays initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- French considered an asset, but not required
- Previous experience in Security environment an asset
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
