The Clinic Receptionist And Administrator is a multi-tasking role that includes:

- greeting patients on arrival and check in
- booking appointments
- working between two software programs
- addressing front line questions
- processing payments
- booking appointments
- opening and closing clinic duties

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**
- Minimum of a high school education, with some post-secondary education desirable

**Certification**
- Current AED/CPR certification - recertification may be available

**Experience**
- previous reception or office related position or customer service experince required
- previous work experience answering phones desirable
- previous experience with computers,
- previous experience with credit card transactions/point-of-sale an asset
- Additional Assets
- Experience as a healthcare receptionist
- Knowledge of clinical software
- Bilingual - English/French

**Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate compassionately and effectively with a wide diversity of people
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal & phone
- Able to multi-task
- Strong computer skills in MS Office - Word, Excel
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Please note: 2 locations - Fulltime - located in the RA Centre - 2451 Riverside Dr. Ottawa and Part-time - 34 Stafford Rd. Bells Corners/Ottawa
