**Job Title: Office Administrator**
**Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (with full-time work in March & April)**
MKP Professional Corporation requires an experienced Office Administrator in our Perth office.
MKP Professional Corporation is a small, family run accounting firm with three locations across the greater Ottawa area, we provide a wide variety of accounting services to small and medium sized businesses, as well as individuals. **Responsibilities**:
1. General reception duties, including answering calls and scheduling meetings.
2. Collections, invoicing, and processing payments.
3. Assisting the office staff with various tax season duties, including printing tax returns.
4. Assist with file organization and maintenance of office procedures.
5. Data entry and updating databases and spreadsheets.
6. Perform all duties using Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
7. Other duties from time-to-time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Advanced computer skills.
- 2 years of experience in administration and/or bookkeeping
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
