As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development & Client Management Leads to join our team (4 positions).

**Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Engagement:

- Craft and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to TMS e-commerce platform.
- Leverage social media platforms to engage with customers, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Building New Relationships:

- Establish and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and influencers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and delivery
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance
- Non-Profit Organizations and Schools:

- Collaborate with non-profit organizations and schools to promote TMS products through workshops and educational initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute workshops to showcase the benefits of TMS products to target audiences.
- E-commerce Growth:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of TMS business.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to optimize sales channels and enhance the customer experience.
- B2B and B2C Development:

- Expand TMS reach in both B2B and B2C markets through targeted business development efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development B2B, B2C, Non Profit, and e-commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in utilizing social media platforms for business development purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and secure profitable contracts
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to develop effective business development plans
- Experience in project management, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and meeting client expectations
- Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify and convert leads into successful sales opportunities
- Ability to coordinate workshops and educational initiatives.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C markets and the ability to develop strategies for both.
- Valid Driver License + access to car

Compensation: Base + Commission.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Concord, ON L4K 0C3
