Richmond Hill, Canada Accounting & Tax Office Full time

This is an accounting office so dealing with CRA on a daily basis with be part of your job.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage owner's calendar for meetings and calls
- Provide administrative support to the owner
- Calls to CRA on a daily basis for clients
- Answer incoming calls.
- Greet clients and direct calls.
- Daily filing
- Invoicing, and accounts receivable follow up for payments
- Open the mail on a daily basis
- Send couriers to CRA and to clients
