Customer Success Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and assigned accounts.
- Ensure customer success through a clearly defined implementation and ongoing customer success process.
- Report to the SVP of Sales and achieve an assigned baseline and growth revenue target.
- Aim for high levels of customer satisfaction, recognition of ROI, and accelerated time-to-revenue.
- Minimize consumption gaps, ensure strong renewals, and sustain predictable growth.
- Work with the Director of IT Operations to manage and achieve SIMNET’s Customer Success and Onboarding Program for specific assigned accounts.
- Secure and optimize the integration of the SIMNET Cloud, Security, and Services Portfolio.
- Coordinate efforts with sales, pre-sales, and other SIMNET resources to educate new and existing customers.
- Collaborate on the resolution of technical, billing, and day-to-day sales tasks.
- Ensure the smooth adoption of the SIMNET portfolio.
- Prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience throughout customer life cycles.
- Implement the CSS baseline framework as the first step in the customer success process.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in cultivating and managing relationships with high-value customers.
- Familiarity with implementing customer success processes and frameworks.
- Ability to meet assigned revenue targets and drive customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of ROI recognition and accelerating time-to-revenue.
- Skills in minimizing consumption gaps, ensuring strong renewals, and sustaining growth.
- Proficiency in coordinating sales and technical resources for customer education.
- Capability to resolve technical, billing, and day-to-day sales tasks.
- Expertise in guiding customers for the smooth adoption of technology portfolios.
- Commitment to prioritizing and delivering a top-tier customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
