We are currently hiring for a Customer Retention Specialist. If you’re highly motivated and are ready for an exciting career that will shape the future of the foodservice industry, we want to hear from you.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Job Location**: 295 South Blair St. Whitby, ON
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm
**Number of Hires**: 1
**Expected Hiring Date**: ASAP

**Position Summary**:
This position provides for superior service to the customer by supporting our customer return process. The position will investigate and processing returns according to our policy to ensure the safety of the food and the accuracy of information. This position collaborates closely with the customer service, sales, transportation, and warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Investigating returns by working closely with other departments, tracking and analyzing for process improvements and offering solutions to our customers and sales personnel;
- Processing returns in the system once on site and approved;
- Supporting Territory Managers in their pursuits of service excellence for our business;
- Running various reports and maintaining spreadsheets;
- Demonstrating a constant willingness to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Secondary education or equivalent experience;
- Efficient time management, organization skills and attention to detail;
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and managing tight deadlines;
- Possess a high level of professionalism and dedicated to customer service. Proven ability to build good working relationships with internal and external clients and business partners;
- Decision making skills; must be comfortable problem solving and handling challenging situations in a professional demeanor;
- Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and electronic);
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word and Excel);
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have an attendance record which indicates dependability.
