We are currently hiring for the position of:
**COORDINATOR, INDUSTRY PROGRAMMING**

The Coordinator, Industry Programming, will work within a small programming team in supporting the Senior Coordinator, Industry Programming on the logistics and delivery of the Industry Conference and Talent Development programmes.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Shall include but not be limited to:

- Assisting with invitation process for Industry Conference and Talent Development participant, guests, and moderators, including materials collection and follow-up- Assisting with venue logistics for Conference and labs- Assisting with web and materials audit for Conference sessions and guests, ensuring accuracy of all content for digital and physical material delivery, including sponsor and partner acknowledgements, as well as web and materials audit for Talent Development programmes- Assisting with creating and maintaining detailed and comprehensive database (Artifax) records for Industry Conference- Compiling and updating materials, itineraries, and driver schedules for Lab Governors, Mentors, and Guests- Providing on-site support at Conference or labs as needed, including greeting guests and participants- Providing a detailed postmortem report

**RATE OF PAY**:
- $20/Hourly

**TARGET**
**CONTRACT DATES**:
- July 17, 2023 - September 15, 2023

**WORK LOCATION**:

- Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5
- Weekly in office requirements:

- Minimum 2 days (November to May)
- Minimum 3 days (June to October)
- Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- 2 years of experience in the Canadian or international film industries or event production- Experience in film festivals is an asset- Knowledge of Canadian and international film landscapes- Exceptionally strong administrative and organizational skills- Able to handle difficult situations and people with aplomb and grace- Excellent communication skills- Knowledge of other languages is an asset-
- Experience with Artifax is an asset- Adaptable to a flexible work schedule, including some evenings and weekends- This position requires being in office on a regular basis.
