We are currently hiring for the position of:
**COORDINATOR, INDUSTRY SCREENINGS**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Industry Sales + Services, the Coordinator Screenings is accountable for sale and delivery of private market screenings for attending industry. The role will support the outreach, booking, scheduling and delivery process and work collaboratively with both the Senior Manager and Festival Programming team to implement the Industry Selects programme.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Shall include but not be limited to:
- Develop and conduct targeted outreach to both domestic and international stakeholders.- Oversee the administrative implementation of screening requests and bookings-
- Draft pitches and proposals for opportunities where stakeholders may eventize screenings- Coordinate payments with national agencies, film studios, film commissions, and trade publications.- Coordinate Industry Selects screenings in collaboration with Senior Manager and Festival Programmer.- Coordinate Market Screening schedule, schedule letter distribution and revisions, conflict checks, data entry and proofing for all booked screenings.- Liaise with the event production team on event logistics for screening event activations such as cocktails and receptions.- Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure booked screenings are presented in a smooth and satisfactory manner for stakeholders.- Track revenue and financial impact of sales to date in collaboration with Senior Manager- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute as needed in regards to individual tasks/portfolio- Provide a detailed post mortem

**RATE OF PAY**:
- $22.00 /Hourly

**WORK LOCATION**:
- Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5- Weekly in office requirements:
- Minimum 2 days (November to May)-
- Minimum 3 days (June to October)-
- Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 1 years experience managing staff and delegating responsibilities- Minimum of 2 years experience working with customer relations management systems both on-line and off-line- Minimum of 2 years experience negotiating sales contracts- Knowledge of domestic and international distribution, sales activities, national promotional agency networks, funding practices, co-productions and international film festivals and markets- Experience dealing with domestic and international clientele- Minimum of 2 years’ experience dealing directly with vendor and supplier relationship
- Negotiate sale and partnership agreements with professionalism and tact- Ability to work closely with clients and high-level partners to address sensitive issues and ensure quality experiences.- Strong client building skills- Experience dealing with domestic and international clientele- High level accounting and negation skills required- Organize and ensure successful delivery against project scope, schedule, budget and quality of deliverables- Successfully balance the dual goals and expectations of clients and the organization- Provide clear direction and establish expectations for internal cross-functional teams and direct reports- Expert administrative and organizational skills required- Ability to multitask- Work under pressure due to tight deadlines and multiple project deliverables/demands- Expert with Microsoft Suite and Google Docs- Hire, train onboard and motivate departmental industry staff including direct and indirect reports as well as volunteers- Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends- This position requires being in office on a regular basis.
