**YOUR ROLE**
The New Business Administrator team is responsible for the implementation of new groups from start to finish while creating a WOW Experience for our partners and clients. This role will be
**hybrid** and require working from the office 2 days a week and 3 days a week at home, from our Barrie, ON office.
_Please note that this is a 20-month contract opportunity._
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Review new sold groups from quote for all required info for implementation.
- Manage and code multiple systems with relevant data in order to ensure high level of customer satisfaction in the implementation of new clients.
- Understands the various systems and platforms and the interdependencies of systems used to deliver service to clients.
- Works with Insurers and Claims Payor to ensure a smooth “Go Live” for new clients.
- Resolve customer questions or concerns in a timely fashion as related to the implementation process.
- Implement and work collaboratively with team-mates and clients to support implementation new groups.
- Perform peer review checks on new client groups to ensure accuracy.
- Creating administration guides and employee packages for new and existing clients.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- Within the first 30 days you will_
- Engage in 1-on-1 training sessions with each member of the team as outlined in your training guide.
- Understand how departments interact on a day to day basis as it pertains to your role.
- Review of training material and resources as it pertains to systems and processes.
- Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn new skills and improve existing skills.
- Within the first 60 days you will_
- Can easily determine which department at GHG is responsible for specific lines of business/functions.
- Good understanding of each GroupHEALTH benefit and product offering.
- Master the preparation of employee packages and admin guides.
- Within the first 90 days you will_
- Responsibility and ownership of assigned new groups.
- Consistent achievement of reaching a target SLA of 90% and developing promoters of GroupHEALTH.
- Identify a raving fan of your WOW service within first 90 days.
- Good understanding of our WEBS online benefit system.
- Good understanding of CRM.
- Solid understanding of benefit plans and how they work, including booklet wording.
- Start of the four CEBS E-Learning courses, complete within the first year of employment.
**THIS IS YOU**
- High School Diploma required and some post-secondary education.
- 1+ years of customer Service experience in an office or professional services environment required.
**THIS IS NICE**
- Group Benefits experience such as insurance carrier, TPA, consulting house, or advisor support an asset
- GBA or CEBS courses/designation an asset
