**About the Role**
The IT Business Systems Administrator is responsible for the management of all IT systems that support the day-to-day operations here at BWM. They also support the development of new systems, modifications to existing IT equipment, and changes in current methods or techniques. The Business Systems Administrator will be responsible to manage the following:

**SQL Server Report Services and SAP Crystal Reports**
- Windows domain and workgroup networking
- Windows server 2016-2019
- Microsoft 365
Support of our specific software systems including:
- Macola
- Sophos
- Veeam
- Knowledge Sync
- Qualys
- Chronoscan
- Meraki Firewall
- Crystal Reports
**Your Responsibilities**
- You will be interacting with a team of over 200 other staff members, all with varying degrees of IT knowledge/ability. Effective communication skills are critical to success.
- Manage the domain and work group networks.
- Support the implementation and administration of Microsoft 365 system modules, access permissions, and control of documents. Includes training staff on new functionality.
- Assist in training users on software, update modifications, and enhancements.
- Create module specific work instructions and/or instructional videos.
- Participate in or lead special IT project work or activities as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information handled, written or verbal, as required.
- Identify IT risk factors and suggest solutions to mitigate them.
- Be a key contributor and advocate of company compliance.
- Hardware, OS, and networking support for several workstations (Windows 10 and 11).
- Hardware, OS, and networking support for 5 servers (2016 and 2019).
- Monitor and maintain updates on all hardware and software.
- Ensure backups are in place and functioning. Restore as required.
- Monitor user consumption of resources.
- Monitor and maintain Firewall hardware and software.
- Update BWM Facebook page.
- Liaison with YP regarding changes to Facebook campaigns and website changes.
- Update BWM website content as required.
- Troubleshoot and update accounting database and ERP database as needed.
- Update digital BWM raw material inventory price book as needed and distribute to sales and accounting departments.
- Update ERP data daily with current details.
- Interact with ECI and Harvest regarding changes and updates to Accounting Software and ensure that updates required to maintain service agreements are in place.
- Develop, implement and modify Crystal Reports and SQL Reports to meet current versions and requirements.
- Update accounting payroll software at year end.
- Procure and implement new IT systems and repurpose the systems replaced.
- Ensure documentation is maintained on all networks, workstations, laptops, and servers.

**Your preferred qualifications**
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a hands-on IT role.
- Must have demonstrated experience in administrative and organizational skills.
- Computer skills in Microsoft 365 & SQL server.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration would be an asset.
- Good presentation skills are an asset.
