We are looking for an Operations Administrator to the team to assist with day-to-day admin duties.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Manages equipment and vacation schedules of field staff.
- Assist and produce operational field procedures.
- Liaison between PM, PC and Preconstruction departments.
- Produce and structure handover documents and files.
- Ensures safety and quality elements are followed through on the jobs.
- Support job difficulties and assist with new policies and procedures.
- Support new company directions.
- Will play a major role in running operations meetings, scheduling meetings and running supervisor/Foreman meetings.
- Create agendas for the Operations team and hold them accountable (safety/quality/claims/procedures/etc).
- Partaking in new training programs, developing training programs and lessons learned and certifications.
- Run and develop mandates for notifications/communication to the field about all new company changes/policies.
- Assist in operations supporting programs - drill courses, training, associations etc.
- Manage and produce the operational library of Procedures/Policies.
- Assist with weekly payroll and mileage calcuations.
- Assist with operational directives.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
- Intermediate/advanced competency with various Microsoft Office Suite Projects, including Excel, Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Thrives in a high-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
