Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control: Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain accurate inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Entry: Perform timely and accurate data entry tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Set up and maintain an efficient inventory control system.
  • Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Organize daily business operations, ensuring smooth coordination with other departments.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or related role.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (not specified).
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • Languages: English.
What We Offer
