We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager Assistant to join our team at Richmond Consulting Ltd.

About the Role

The Business Operations Manager Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and performing data entry tasks.

This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze data and prepare reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Perform data entry tasks and analyze data to prepare reports.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including coordinating work activities and scheduling meetings.
  • Inventories and Supplies: Maintain accurate inventories and order office supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Working Conditions

This role is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and have excellent attention to detail.
