**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, Global Partnerships, this position will be accountable for ensuring our team is set up to maximize existing and new inventory across our extensive portfolio of teams, venues and events.

In collaboration with internal and external partners, you will ensure that the Global Partnerships team is equipped to ensure executional excellence on all contractual obligations - some defined well in-advance, others within tight timelines.

You're a confident professional with excellent organization and communication skills who can focus on both short and long term opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

**Inventory Management and Reporting**
- Ongoing maintenance of scheduling of key partnership assets across all properties, teams and venues
- Development of optimization strategies for unused/unsold inventory to both drive new revenue as well as augment existing contractual commitments
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on partner program details
- Oversight of key workflow processes required for programming to go live, including working with internal and external traffic teams on delivery instructions, changes to creative and reporting of results following execution
- Monitoring and editing (as needed) of pending digital/social programming involving a combination of assets across all major social/web/mobile properties
- Provide insights on key trends relating to Digitally Enhanced Dashboards, digital court and field signage, and other virtual opportunities
- Liaise with various league partners on best practices, asset benchmarking and compliance of evolving league rules & standards
- Oversight of the maintenance and protection of partner marks and the digital ingestion of new assets
- Support important relationships with broadcaster partners with a focus on optimization strategies for unsold/unused shared assets
- Ad hoc requests as required

**Department Support**
- Input of detailed partner program summaries into internal CRM database for auditing purposes, creation of legal paperwork and ultimately ensuring contracts and signed/catalogued
- Communication of key department activity to senior executives on an ongoing basis to ensure information flow throughout the season
- Manage a portfolio of third-party vendor relationships that provide the tools/capabilities to fulfill against all department assets execution needs, and ensure we optimize utilization of each.
- Key member of the Business Planning & Insights Leadership team, encouraging a high-performance culture that delivers results through inclusive decision-making and collaborative thinking
- Drive engagement, coach and mentor a team of three
