Administrative Associate, Segmentation

**_ Accountabilities_**
- Conduct billing audits to ensure segmentation rules are applied correctly and our contractual obligations are met.
- Provide feedback regarding segmentation/billing unit discrepancies to employees and management to improve overall reporting.
- Lead and deliver formal training to employees that are conducting segmentation audits.
- Regularly pull listing of billing lines from the Utility Software program and distribute work among those completing regular segmentation audits.
- Create and send sales Invoices.
- Issues and send statement of accounts and play an active role in the collections of outstanding accounts.
- Conduct other administrative duties, as required.
**_ Qualifications_**
- Ability to work well under mínimal supervision and under pressure of working within strict deadlines.
- Must have intermediate level knowledge/usage of MS Office Suite. Advance computer skills including spreadsheet management using Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all employees and external individuals and agencies, in an efficient and effective manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality on all information.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that build trusting relationships and influence
- Customer-centric approach and ability to demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
- Display balance and good judgment when advising management and employees on issues
- Flexibility and a tolerance for ambiguity in a constantly evolving organization
- Strong organizational and project management skills
