**About the Role**

This role will focus on assigned verticals, develops segmentation-based priorities to drive annual business plans. Using input from Product Management and Sales Teams, the Vertical Market Manager will identify and develop specific marketing tactics and commercial action plans to deliver annual growth objectives for the segment. Plans should include focus on the continued growth of the core business, develop new opportunities, new product launch plans, competitive response plans, new channel penetration plans and demand creation.

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the assigned market and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement this strategy effectively.
- Utilize market research and Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to create detailed segmentation (based on needs and/or specific call points) for the assigned vertical, refining the strategy accordingly.
- Contribute essential insights to the company's overall strategic planning process.
- Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities, devising strategies to tap into their potential effectively.
- Monitor market trends, assess the market size and growth rate, and pinpoint potential growth opportunities for the industrial UV business.

**Are you qualified?**
- BS or BA degree in business, marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in market research, segmentation, and strategic planning, with proficiency in utilizing analysis tools.
- Proficient knowledge of competitive intelligence techniques.
- Proven capability in the development and implementation of comprehensive business, product, and marketing plans.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- MS, MBA, or MA, in marketing, business management.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and implement strategic business plans.
- International experience and intercultural agility.
