**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Answer phone calls and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and maintain office correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Invoicing (Experience with Open Invoice an asset)
- Organizing and ordering parts
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience as an office clerk or similar role is desirable.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
