**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle cashiering duties and oversee the Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure accurate transactions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving sales and operational efficiency.
- Conduct payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for employee hours.
- Negotiate with vendors for purchasing supplies and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize staff scheduling and productivity.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in cashiering and familiarity with POS systems is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with vendors or suppliers is a plus.
- A background in payroll processing or related administrative tasks is advantageous.
