iNCOM - a leading provider of Real Estate e-marketing solutions for thousands of Real Estate professionals in North America is seeking a motivated and results-driven **Regional Sales Manager.**

The **Regional Sales Manager** will focus on our business growth. You will be responsible for recruiting, organizing, supervising, and supporting a Regional Sales Team. You will be responsible for creating sales plans and strategies to acquire new clients as well as working with existing clients on growing the service offering in the North American market.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
- Train new team members to use company software and successful sales techniques.
- Achieve sales targets, through own individual sales and effectively motivating all team members.
- Research ways to penetrate new markets and develop new sales strategies.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan.
- Lead regular meetings with sales team and one-on-one coaching.
- Communicate with internal departments for onboarding processes, ensuring all supporting information and documents are accurate, and complete.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders for client requirements, complaints, and other feedbacks.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and other periodic reports to help management improve sales plans.
- Identify, contact, qualify and develop new prospects.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting, doing demos of the system and closing prospects.
- Attending regularly scheduled sales meetings.
- Utilizing and maintaining calling and prospecting activity reporting using corporate guidelines and tools.
- Attending on-site client presentations and trade shows.

**MUST HAVES**
- Minimum 5 years of Sales and Account Management experience
- Canadian or USA track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Prior territory and team management experience in SaaS and/or Real Estate Marketing environment.
- Prior experience in recruiting team members and providing skill training.
- A good mentor, trainer, motivator to support a team of salespeople achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Web savvy/knowledge of internet marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Business acumen and strong leadership to build a highly productive team in designated territory.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter.
- Self-discipline, excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding team spirit.
- University degree is a must.
- Proficiency in English is required, while other language such as French and/or Spanish would be an asset.

**NICE-TO-HAVES**
- Knowledge of the North American Real Estate Industry.
- Experience with CRM systems
- Understanding of Digital Marketing (Google & Facebook Ads, PPC, Remarketing)
