Join our dynamic team as a Junior Desktop Support Specialist. In this role, you will be supporting our teams with hardware development, implementation, installations, and troubleshooting issues.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Installing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products.
- Performing on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop issues for end users, and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair.
- Assisting the Merger & Acquisition IT Implementation team in hardware deployment, procurement of new equipment, and assets for acquisitions.
- Assisting the Merger & Acquisition IT Implementation team in transitioning owner and maintenance of IT related accounts, i.e. telephone, fax, security, into our organization
- Procuring and configuring IT assets to support acquisition deadlines. (Computers, Peripherals, iPads, and other ad-hoc devices)
- Administering and resolving issues with associated end-user workstation network software products, when required.
- Liaising with third-party support and PC equipment vendors, when necessary.
- 1-2 years experience in a related field
- Post-Secondary Education in Computer Sciences or Related field
- Windows 11 operating system
- Demonstrated proficiency with hardware, OS deployment, and asset management
- Basic knowledge of support processes, workflows, and IT Service Management (ITSM) systems such as ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceNow, or other.
- ITIL Foundations (v3 or v4) certification is an asset
- Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset
