**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Manager will design and govern the marketing campaign and program management process to drive marketing efficiency and support the lead management process while aligning with stakeholders.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities
- Execute and streamline marketing workflows ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are documented.
- Regularly inform stakeholders across marketing on the status of marketing activities to ensure alignment across multiple teams.
- Facilitate a weekly call with marketing campaign and program teams to ensure effective and streamlined execution of campaigns and programs.
- Enable better tracking of the marketing budget and provide leadership with real-time insight and visibility.
- Support lead management process to align with sales ensuring that SLAs are met.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Studies, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in a marketing or sales operations role.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing plans and strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent understanding of lead flow conversion, analyzing data, and collaborating with other marketers and sales.
- Ability to communicate at both a technical and strategic level with strong presentation skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
