A bit about the role _**

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for external messaging to power Solink’s global marketing team. You will develop and execute marketing assets to position our industry-leading solutions, driving customer engagement, and supporting the overall growth of the company.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You have **4+ years of proven experience in a Marketing Manager role** where you converted product features to use case/value messaging.
- You have s**uperb communication** in English (written, read, spoken).
- You have strong **narrative craftsmanship**, with an innate ability for **storytelling**.
- You have **impeccable writing** and **editorial** skills.
- You have experience **preparing detailed creative briefs** to guide design work.
- You have experience with **complex product ecosystems** and **multi-audience** sales.
- You have demonstrated the ability to **collaborate** **effectively** with cross-functional teams.
- You can manage **changing prioritie**s based on product updates, features, and launches.
- You have a **strong work ethic**, **team-player mentality**, and comfort and experience working in a **fast-paced, dynamic work environment**.

- Experience in a relevant industry - SaaS, Security Surveillance.

**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- ** Collaborate** with the Product Marketing Manager and broader Product team to gain **in-depth knowledge** of our products and features, translating technical details into **clear communications**.
- **Craft compelling** and **differentiated** messaging that **resonates** with our different **target audiences**.
- **Develop marketing materials** from **planning to execution** in order to generate excitement and awareness around new feature releases.
- **Gather feedback** from sales, customer success, and customers to improve **messaging** and **marketing strategies.**:

- Demonstrate **advanced editorial craftsmanship**, **storytelling**, and **copywriting** skills.
- Ensure adherence to Solink brand guidelines, tone of voice, and style consistency.
